These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Fetch and Co (Fetch Paw) (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or subscribing to our Protection Plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility
By using our website or services, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
3. Products & Services
Fetch and Co provides:
• Physical QR ID Tags
• Digital pet profile hosting
• Subscription-based Protection Plans
A QR ID Tag only functions fully when activated with an active Protection Plan.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse or cancel orders
• Limit quantities
• Correct pricing errors
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
5. Subscription Services (Fetch Protection Plan)
Activation
Upon purchasing a Protection Plan, your pet’s profile is activated immediately.
Billing
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Billing occurs monthly or annually (as selected)
• You authorise recurring billing upon purchase
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.
• Cancellation stops future billing
• No partial refunds are issued
• Profiles deactivate at the end of the billing period
We are not responsible for lost pet recovery services once a subscription has expired.
6. Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.
Activated tags and activated subscriptions are non-refundable.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate pet and contact information
• Keep your contact details updated
• Maintain active subscription status for full service functionality
Fetch and Co is not liable for incorrect or outdated information provided by users.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fetch and Co provides identification and profile hosting services only.
We do not guarantee:
• Recovery of a lost pet
• That a finder will scan the tag
• Continuous availability without interruption
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:
Fetch and Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including:
• Logos
• Designs
• Copy
• Technology
• QR activation systems
Are the intellectual property of Fetch and Co.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with subscription systems
• Abuse refund systems
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect and process data necessary to provide our services in accordance with South African data protection laws.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
• Natural disasters
• Power outages
• Internet disruptions
• Courier delays

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
