At Fetch and Co, we want you to feel confident using our products. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and subscription cancellations work.


1. Physical Products (QR ID Tags)

30-Day Return Policy

You may return unused QR ID Tags within 30 days of receiving your order, provided:

• The tag is unused
• The tag has not been activated
• The tag is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

If these conditions are met, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

• The tag has been activated
• The tag has been customised or linked to a profile
• The product shows signs of use or damage

Once a tag has been activated, it is considered digitally linked and non-resellable.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• The wrong item
• A defective product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


3. Fetch Protection Plan (Subscription)

The Fetch Protection Plan is a digital service that activates your pet’s online profile.

Subscription Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually (as selected at checkout)
• Billing continues automatically until cancelled

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

• Cancellation prevents future charges
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
• Profiles deactivate at the end of the current billing period

Refunds on Subscription Plans

Because the Protection Plan is a digital service that activates immediately upon purchase:

• We do not offer refunds once the plan has been activated
• If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days at info@fetchpaw.com


4. 6-Month Manufacturing Guarantee

We offer a 6-month guarantee on manufacturing defects for QR ID Tags.

This does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Loss of tag
• Damage caused by pets or external force

If a manufacturing defect occurs, we will replace the tag free of charge.


5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable


6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
